Plus, You Get Access to Our
Sunlighten 3-in-1 Infrared Sauna
An infrared sauna is just like other dry saunas you've seen with a few key differences:
First, it's not as hot as a conventional dry sauna. Dry saunas usually top out around 185 degrees Fahrenheit whereas our infrared sauna tops out around 158, with the effective range between 100-130 degrees Fahrenheit.
Infrared saunas have an electric heater to make it feel "sauna-ish" but what is really heating you is the non-visible infrared light spectrum emitting from the sauna panels. This heats the core and produces sweat even at lower temperatures.

45 Min - $55
60 Min - $70
How Does an Infrared Sauna Work?
Our Sunlighten mPulse 3-in-1 Infrared Sauna produces near, mid and far infrared spectrum.
Heats the Core
Infrared Light penetrates the skin and begins to heat the core of the body.
The body reacts by increasing circulation and producing a healthy sweat response.
What Are the Benefits of Infrared Sauna?
Seasonal Affective Disorder
Seasonal Affective Disorder is primarily caused by a lack of sun light and can cause fatigue, depression and other mood disorders. Infrared sauna--especially far infrared--can increase blood flow, boost endorphins and aid in cellular regeneration. This combats the symptoms of SAD by replacing natural sunlight in the winter months.
Sweating is good for you. Sweating is one of the body’s safest & most natural ways to promote a deep, healthy & natural detox.
Infrared sauna use, especially far infrared, has been shown to boost endorphins and help the body fight pain and depression.
Stress related problems account for 75 to 90% of primary care physician visits. Infrared Sauna use may decrease cortisol stress hormone.
Infrared sauna heat penetrates joints, muscles & tissues, increasing circulation & speeding oxygen flow, promoting natural healing
Combining stretching & infrared sauna can support blood flow, increase flexibility & aid in recovery of joints, muscle & tissue.
The elevation in body temperature from a sauna session stimulates blood flow, mirroring the benefits of cardiovascular exercise.
